Description of SMS Program/Service We do NOT use text messages as a campaign for any purposes whatsoever. *We are a freight broker company we handle the shipping for our clientele. *We reach out to carriers, receivers, shippers and our clientele. *We exchange information in the process of shipping, from beginning to end. *Individuals who contact us or that we contact is done so by permission by all parties involved. *Again, texting to individuals and or companies are done by permission and acknowledgments. *During the stated above process, all the information that is developed is never shared with outside parties of any kind without the full written permission of the parties involved. *Within Abby Transport umbrella, all communications by texting or similar methods is only available to the persons in receipt of such communications and they have strict requirements keeping them from sharing such information without written consent by all parties involved or be subject to termination from Abby Transport. Type of Personal Information Collected. This information is all given by permission. The only information obtained is the name and phone number of carriers that pick up the load and deliver. Which they give out by permission. The only information obtained from shippers is the name of business, address, and contact phone number of either their business and or their personal phone number. The only information obtained from receivers is the name of business, address and contact phone number of either their business and or their personal phone number. Methods of Personal Data Collection; Personal name and phone numbers are given to Abby Trans by individuals who do so voluntarily. Purpose of Data Collection: As stated above, the Data collected is used to facilitated the successful pick and delivery of merchandise shipped by licensed and authorized carriers. Data Storage and Security Measures: Our privately developed software is only accessible by passwords given to certain individuals in order to facilitate shipping needs as explained above. These passwords change periodically to ensure privacy. Any violation of giving out these keys results in termination from Abby Transport Brokerage. User Rights and Options: Any and all data obtained by normal usage to successfully facilitate the shipping needs, this data is always subject to those involved who may request that such data be deleted as their legal right but not as their legal right to delete such information that could be used as evidence in the event of wrongful or illegal activities. Users may at any time opt out of text messaging services by simply requesting to be opted out by text or other available means.
